when I click on the question mark I get the top half of the help page but it won't scroll down. its been this way for a while. I just got to this page by guessing it was support.wordpress.com for the general support section.
The blog I need help with is marshmallowfluffxo.wordpress.com.
Howdy, are you referring to the question mark icon that appears in the Editor toolbar, and brings up Rich Editor Help? That icon is not meant up to take you to the general Support section. There are links to Support and Forums at the very bottom of the page in the Dashboard.
Regarding the scrolldown issue, could you please try upgrading to the latest version of Safari?
If you are referring to a different question mark icon, could you please capture a screenshot of where you are seeing it, and upload it to your Media Library?

ok well I see how to get to support now. I'm using google chrome though not safari.
