I have purchased the $15 credits to map my domain [domain removed - drmike] instead of [domain removed - drmike]. But when I go to Option --> Domain and then add this domain to my blog, it fails and "registration not included" appears. I am not sure what it means and I don't know where to do the registration. What should I do then??

Best bet would be to send in a feedback and see if they're still having an issue with registering domains. I know they were last week.
I went ahead and removed the URLs from your post just so that noone scoops your domain purchase. :)
