   I'm a student at Belper School and i'm studying Health and Social Care at AS level. I am currently doing my coursework on the contageous disease meningitis and wish to find out about peoples experiences with the disease. I would be most grateful if you have meningitis or have had it or know someone who've had it then you could fill out this questionnaire.

   Um. You're asking people to fill out a form about sensitive medical information online where everyone can see it?

   The least you can do is set up a surveymonkey account.

   (And spell contagious correctly, and use proper punctuation, too....)

   Why not leave a link to your blog, where people could email you this information?
