Questionnaire

  1. I would like to include a questionnaire. Each question will propose several options using radio or option buttons... Does WP have a form for those? I do have the questionnaire in Word ... Thanks a lot.

The blog I need help with is worldlanguagesworld.wordpress.com.

  2. Use a Polldaddy poll. You can find it on your dashboard.

  3. The following processes are outlined particularly for users who wish to upload a document and add its download link to a blog post or page. If you are seeking to simply upload a document to your blog’s Media Library (no download link), you can check out Media -> Add New in your dashboard. http://support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/

If you want to embed the document itself, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
    See here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/

Another possibility is creating a customized contact form.

  4. First off, many thanks for coming back so quickly... I tried Scribd... it does upload the questionnaire form onto WP, however, it doesn't allow other people to choose their answers, they can't activate/choose radio/option button.

I tried Polldaddy poll... It looks pretty good.

I have 20 questions in the questionnaire. In the polldaddy poll, can you have an option to put more than 1 question? Also, can you rename ''vote'' button to 'submit' button and only after all questions have been completed opposed after every single one?

Many thanks again for your support.

  6. You might consider using a contact form for the questionnaire

  7. thanks, auxclass. could you be more specific? if i go to PAGE, click ADD A CUSTOM FORM, there is an option where you can choose FIELD TYPE on the right of the form. There you can select Drop Down and choose the answers you want to offer.
But there are only 9 field/questions possible in the form. I need around 25-30... Any idea? Thanks

  8. "But there are only 9 field/questions possible in the form."
What makes you think so? You can add as many questions as you like. Easier in the HTML editor.

  9. Many thanks, all.
It worked. You can add more than 9 options in the HTML editor but not in the form itself...

  10. You be welcome
