   Is there a random post widget that would be titled something like "You might also like" - that displays a thumbnail pic that links to a random post in your blog? I have seen this on other blogs and I think it is a great addition. I usually see it at the end of a post or in a footer...

   I use:

   < strong >< a href="//example.wordpress.com/?random">Get Random!< /a >< /strong >

   Without the spaces and insert your blog for 'example.'

   That's just text, though. I'm also interested in an image version of this!

   I think I got it. Make a dummy post with the desired image and set your Custom URL (to http://example.wordpress.com/?random) under Attachment Display Settings when inserting image. Copy and paste code from said dummy post into a text widget.
