Randomly Getting Broken Image Links

    It seems like once or twice a day when I try to view my blog (http://modastrology.wordpress.com) the images are just broken links. My blog is pretty image-centric, and the articles rely on the visuals for quick reference.

    Is there any way to fix this? This seems to happen even when I'm trying to view my own blog backend through the iPad App, the images simply don't show up or are replaced with blue question mark boxes.

    Is this a known issue?

    The blog I need help with is modastrology.wordpress.com.

    Also, I've tested this in Safari for Mac, Safari for iPad, WordPress for iOS (both iPhone and iPad) and Chrome.

    Interesting. Some of the images don't show for me either, and they have a URL of the format http://s2.wp.com/wp-content/themes/pub/oxygen/images/archive-thumbnail-placeholder.gif?m=1335191815g

    I'm guessing here, but it looks like you uploaded them from a mobile device and it didn't go through?

    Ah is that it? Cos now that you said that, I went back and looked and it looks like the ones I did on my PC actually worked, though I can see ALL of my images when I click on "Media Gallery".

    At least now I have a thread to chase down. I'll repost for posterity if that's the culprit - thank you so much!

    Glad to help. If uploading from mobile is an issue, staff will need to be informed.
