   Can you re-direct a http://sitename.wordpress.com site to a new http://sitename.com/blog site? I migrated over to using WordPress on my site / server and want to be able to re-direct people who may come to the original WordPress site to the current - updated site. I spotted where someone suggested adding <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http://myblog.wordpress.com"> to the header, but I don't see anywhere in the dashboard where you can add HTML to a template or header.

   Please advise. THANKS!

   WordPress does not offer redirects. Your best bet is to put up a last post on the blog here telling people you have moved and giving them the new URL.
