Reader does not update and show new posts on a tag

    When i type in

    http://wordpress.com/tags/programming

    it takes me to

    http://wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/programmming/

    And then i can only see posts on programming which i saw last week. This stream does not update and show new content. This is now getting pretty annoyong, as i do a lot of tagsurfing.

    Can anyone help?

    The blog I need help with is phoxis.org.
