   That blog has almost all re-blogged content, and although the re-blog feature is for people to use, it's not meant for people to have an entire blog of re-blogged content. You can request to that person that they remove your post (just because there is a re-blog feature it doesn't mean you have to allow your posts to be re-blogged) and if you believe it is a spam blog you can report it from the drop down on the left of the grey bar on the blog.
