Is there any way to turn off the reblogging feature? I am not happy about my work showing up on blogs that I am not comfortable with, without my permission. I love wordpress and this is the first problem I've had (in over 1300 posts on this blog!) thanks!

No, there isn't. I suppose you could contact rebloggers and ask them to take your work down, but that's about it.
