Just an idea, I think that it would be cool to have a recent post widget that you could have in your sidebar which is specifically for just one category. So for instance for our site, cyclingresults.net, we could have a widget for news, results, interviews etc.
I think that it be a good addition and it shouldn't be too hard to create. Just an idea :-).
