I wanted to add the recent posts widget to my blog, so I did. However, for some reason it's showing the last 31 posts (at the last count). I only want the standard 10 showing. The same thing is happening in my other blog http://stevesblog.wordpress.com.
I know it can't be a theme problem because I've seen other WP blogs with the same theme and their widget only shows 10.
Can anyone please help me.
Hi I use the regulus theme and my recent posts widget (which I hauled out for this occasion) is showing the 10 most recent titles. This is double the titles it previously showed. It is also double the titles that my rss1 widegt previously showed.
I assume that your 31 posts showing is a bug of some kind. I suggest you send in a feedback and be patient with regard to getting a response as WordPress camp is currently underway. Hope this helps.

Got an email from Andy saying it was a small bug. All resolved now.
