    I want to create a member page in WordPress which will have a photo of member and their relevant information such as email address, linkedin id and link to download PDF of their CV. So, anyone out their please kindly recommend me such much plugin available to fix my issue.

    I'm sorry but individual plugin use is not possible on WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

    Note: The following processes are outlined particularly for users who wish to upload a document and add its download link to a blog post or page. If you are seeking to simply upload a document to your blog’s Media Library (no download link), you can check out Media -> Add New in your dashboard. http://support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/

    If you want to embed the document itself, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
