I need recover my deleted address blog: inlab1x2.wordpress.com, because I want change my blog address lcfib1x2.wordpress.com for inlab1x2.wordpress.com.
I have read that I don't recover a deleted blog address but I hope you can recover this blog addresss.

You can't get it back - sorry. To delete a blog takes bypassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

But inlab1x2.wordpress.com never had contains any page or any post. And this blog was created by me.
I created this blog for change name blog address, but I didn't know how
associate my inlab1x2.wordpress.com to lcfib1x2.wordpress.com.
Because I deleted inlab1x2.wordpress.com, for created again from My Blogs -> Change blog address. But now I don't use this blog address name...
inlab1x2.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this blog.
The answer I provided is the correct one. You cannot recover any deleted blog URL as deleted blog URLs are not recyled here at WordPress.com.
