Recover lost posts

  1. A few months ago I decided to move my posts to Trash. After 30 days, those posts disappeared.
I don't have them saved somewhere else.
    Can I recover them somehow?
I found in Chrome history a lot of records with my posts. The links were followed by a few words from my articles. Can I recover the posts using the browser's history?

My blog was registered on WordPress platform. It was free.

The blog I need help with is traducatordesentimente.wordpress.com.

  2. No I'm sorry there is no backup of deleted content. If the posts were indexed by search engines they may still be in Google's cache. If they are you have to copy and paste.

  3. This is a great suggestion. How I should use this cache memory? How I can access my blog's text with this cache memory?
I tried something using ”http://webcache.googleusercontent.com” but the most recent data available is 20 feb. 2013 21:23:19 GMT as they showed me.
Something from the period of time I'm searching for isn't available with this searching method.

  4. I'm sorry but we don't provide support for using Google search here.
You go to Google search locate the post and click the cached link. Then you can copy and paste what you find into a new post, page or document.

  5. IMPORTANT NOTE: Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 - 6 months.

  6. Thank you so much for all your answers.
