Red Tweet Theme, Featured Posts, Post Thumbnails

  1. I have a wordpress blog (http://news4usonline.com) hosted by justjost.com. I recently changed my theme from TwentyTen to Red Tweet. Everything works well except for the homepage where there's a large empty space where featured posts are supposed to go.

The wordpress plugin FeatureMe designed to make Featured Posts come alive, seems to be not available in the plugin section. This has left my site empty in the front.

Are there other compatible plugins that will make Featured Posts work? Also, are there plugins for post thumbnails for articles, which is currently just displaying text on the front page? Lastly, my wordpress admin panel only gives me the option to choose from just five themes instead of the gamut of wordpress themes. I would like to get access to a more powerful and upgraded theme that would make my site dynamic. Any suggestions on these fronts would definitely help me.
