Redirect a custom URL within my blog to some post

  1. Situation:

    1. I have a blog on my own domain (blogs.korzh.com) with some custom blog engine and I plan to move this blog to wordpress hosting.

    2. I also plan to re-publish all current posts from the old blog in and then map my domain (blogs.korzh.com) to wordpress.

    3. The problem is: the URL's for my old posts will differ so I need to redirect them to the new ones.
    For example:
My old post is published at:
    http://blogs.korzh.com/progtips/2009/10/16/delphi-using-google-for-online-translating.html

The new link will have the following (or similar) URL:
    http://blogs.korzh.com/2009/10/16/delphi-using-google-for-online-translating.html

    Question:
How can I setup a redirect from the old post URL to the new one?

I'm ready to purchase any upgrade if necessary.

The blog I need help with is korzhdev.wordpress.com.
