I currently have my domain pointing to a wordpress.com site, but i installed wordpress.org on 000webhost, and i want to point the domain to the 000webhost servers...any way I can do that and keep my domain?

Yes,
you need to change the "A" record of the DNS to point to your new site. I don't know either you can do this with the wordpres.com DNS editing or if you need to transfer your domain. -
To map the domain you registered with us to 000webhost, please read these first and find out the name servers assigned for you.
