Redirect loop

‘This webpage has a redirect loop’
That’s the message that appears when I try to go to my blog, mediationcardiff.wordpress.com. I wanted to link the blog to the web domain that I bought – http://www.mediationcardiff.com. I bought the web domain from 123-Reg.
As I have web-based email associated with the web domain, it is probably a good idea for me to disconnect the redirect loop so that I can run the website on 123-Reg instead of WordPress.
How do I make that disconnection and break the redirect loop? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I did not type the last line of the above query. In fact, the blog I need help with is mediationcardiff.com

It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=mediationcardiff.com
Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFor more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:
