   I have posted the below problem since Jan 7 but no reply has been sent to me yet. Could someone please help ?

   Howdy,

   It doesn't look like you have "pretty permalinks" enabled.

   Please follow this guide to change the permalink structure of your self-hosted WordPress blog:
