I'd like to redirect http://www.M-Gymkhana.com to my jbiitester.wordpress.com blog address and not have it show as a jbiitester.wordpress.com address. I've read about and offsite redirect program or way to go about doing this, but would like to know what they are and How I can go about doing this?

As you own your own domain you can purchase a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com and that way you are assured that your URLs will redirect correctly. See:
