Just looked at untranslated strings in the GlotPress wpcom project, and there are a bunch of strings that link http://codex.wordpress.org/ (e.g. string ID 28433, 28432). Is that right, do these strings belong there? And what is the context (i.e. what part of the site can I find them at)?

References to http://codex.wordpress.org/ in GlotPress project
Hi. I think it's normal because, although it's the WordPress.ORG codex, it contains some useful information that is useful for WordPress.COM as well, such as the syntax to create your own date format under Settings > General.
Thanks! Makes sense, let me know if you happen to know where those strings, like
<br /> <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time">Documentation on date and time formatting</a>.<br />
might appear in the interface, would be nice to find the context.
That string, specifically is in Dashboard > Settings > General (date format)
