I have noticed that in my referrers list the following was noted at the reader point of origin:
https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/?notes_iframe
When I click on it and am logged in I see a list of my notifications and can then loop to my admin page.
What does it mean when this shows up as a referrer. Any chance someone's getting into my site??

No, this means that people have gotten to your site through their (not your) notifications; for example, the clicked the link to your site after getting a notification that someone replied to their comment on your site. Anyone who clicks that link will get to their own notifications, not yours.
