    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Thanks but I do not see any cancellation button and i'm still within the first month.

    Is there a possibility that i can send an e-mail to WP?

    Yes. Please note it may take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
