I purchased the domain mapping and domain registration for a combined $18, and it wasn't was I expected. That was last night. I tried then and today to get a refund since users have 48 hours to do so, but the confirmation email never came (there is nothing in my spam/junk folder, and the charge is still on my credit card).
Judging by past threads, this seems to be a frequent problem. The email on the account is [email redacted]. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
