I need to request a refund for the Debut theme that I puchased because I'm moving my site to WordPress.org.
Blog is http://www.beginblossoming.wordpress.com.
Theme was purchased by Cocorivers but the link to cancel and request a refund is not showing under Store dashboard. Please advise.

I need a refund for my premium theme and video press the video are too long for me to upload to my site.
You need to ask for refunds from the Upgrades page of your blogs. Only You can do this.
I have already done that. There is no link there for cancel/refund under My upgrades.
The purchase was made on 1/18 so I don't understand why the button is not there.
