Refund for extra memory - Who do I send this to?

  1. I want a refund. Recently purchased memory upgrade so I could post audio files but find the WP player lacking the flexibility I need. Please refund immediately, per money-back guarantee.

    [Not too stoked on WP right now. Why is it so difficult to send this direct to their admin staff?]

    The blog I need help with is 4shadows.wordpress.com.

  2. You can disable auto-renew of any upgrade > Store > My Upgrades
    click the "disable auto-renew" link.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
