Hi~ I ordered a premium theme that is too difficult for this newbie to navigate. I'd like to switch to twenty eleven (or similar theme) and I want to know if WordPress will refund the money I paid for the other theme? Thanks!

Just go to your Upgrades page and click for the refund, provided it's within the 30 day period.
