I know that premium themes are refundable for 30 days. I am just over 30 days and I am wondering if there is a way to still request a refund? I have been spending weeks trying to get the theme Lifestyle to work. However I feel conclusively that it does not live up to how it is advertised.
First of all there are many glitches in the widgets and the theme pages that simply do not allow you to create the homepage that is shown in the demo. Second of all, you are specifically told that you will receive technical help along with purchasing the theme. However, I have not been able to get a response on the premium theme support pages, other than one line from one person telling me they have been away. Now it is just over a month, but I do not feel that it is right that I paid this money for a product that is not living up to what it promised. I want to request a refund, and am wondering if I can do this even though I am a little over 30 days.
