I did... but it said on the theme page that there was a way to receive a refund instantly through the dashboard..

You know, I don't know anything about the premium themes so I really don't know where to tell you to look. I suggest you post in the premium support forum since those themes are supported separately. They should be able to tell you where to get the refund.
The premium theme support link I believe is in on the appearance > themes page and up near the top where is says which theme you have active (when you have the premium theme activated).
