Refund, please!

  1. Last night I purchased the premium StudioPress Magazine theme. I did not realize that I would not be able to enact the plug-ins that give the theme all the bells and whistles. I would like to cancel my purchase and reinstate the free theme. How can I do this? Please help!

    If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, or contact support Staff to request a refund after January 2nd.
