Refund request. I was charged 18 dollars to my credit card on 1/24/13. I don't understand why? I was never asked about this charge or never noted on it. I go to my dashboard/store/ billing history/ and nothing is there about it. Why was I charged? For what? I was under the impression that wordpress.com was free. Please help.

The price implies it's a domain registration. Do you perhaps own a domain name? or previously purchased one for somebody. If so, let us know the address of that domain.
On my statement it says its for Hosting. I never approved this charge. I was under the impression that Wordrpess.com was free. I own the domain through godaddy and I have hosting through MT. I was never told or accepted this charge. How may I request a refund?

I can't seem to find any transactions. What makes you think the charge was from WordPress.com? Is there any other information on the statement?

I can't seem to find the upgrade. You previously said "I own the domain through godaddy". What's the domain name you are referring to? Do you perhaps have more domains?
