For several weeks now I have been searching for a way to to get a refund for a recent upgrade to my wordpress.org blog.
I cannot find ANYTHING on the wordpress.com website... and when I call the number that was posted on my bank statement on the day I made the upgrade all I get is a recorded message to write some email address... Today, just 5 weeks after the upgrade I finally sent the email (I have been seriously ill and a friend has agreed to help write the email for me, because I am not capable of sitting at the computer with several herniated discs in my neck due to a recent accident), but we read in the support topics that WORDPRESS.ORG is on a business "hiatus" until OCTOBER 29th.
What should I do?
Please advise if anyone else is having a difficult time getting support/customer service questions answered here at wordpress... ?
