   okay so I just create this blog recently
   and it's more like a business/fun kinda thing
   The other person in charge of this blog would like to have people register directly under our blog and we will allow their post to be up or not, which is like the contributor.
   Just that instead of we invite them, they can register themselves.
   Is there anyway to do so?

   yes I get that this is not wordpress.org blah blah blah.
   We dont have enough to upgrade to self host yet, so we're sticking to this for now.

   The blog I need help with is eequ.wordpress.com.

   That's not possible on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
   There is no upgrade you can purchase form WordPress.com to make that possible. http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/upgrades/
   It's only possible on a self hosted WordPress.org install.

   Oh really? If you already knew that and you are aware that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate then why did you post this time waster here?
