I wanted to add the related posts plugin to my website. Do you have to authorize that? If you can't add it, can you tell me how to transfer my new website from wordpress.com to wordpress.org so I can get it? Thanks for your help.
The blog I need help with is authordawnwylder.wordpress.com.
A search for 'related posts' brings up this page of results:

If you scroll to the bottom you'll find some other threads that discuss some options.
There was also this thread a few days ago about something WP was testing, but it wasn't received very well:

Not sure if either of those are really what you're after.
You cannot add any PlugIns here though.
