Remote Publishing Settings not available

    Is Remote Publishing only available to Worpress Pro users only? Trying to enable and cant locate via dashboard>Settings>writing - Remote Publishing isnt there as the support suggests at https://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Writing_Screen.

    Here at WordPress.com XML-RPC is always enabled by default. http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

    Also note that the Codex entries apply only to self-hosted WordPress.org installs.
