If you have the CSS upgrade and only want to remove the EXIF data from showing up, you can use the code offered on this forum post: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/css-code-to-remove-exif-data-from-gallery
However, you can also remove the EXIF data from the file itself, before uploading it to your blog. This blog post offers some solutions for doing that: http://www.labnol.org/software/remove-photograph-metadata/19588/
The best way is to save a version to your hard drive with that information stripped out, then upload THAT version.
