Remove "Continue Reading"

  1. How can I get rid of this? Tried everything

The blog I need help with is mlewissc.wordpress.com.

  2. Where are you seeing this? Please post and active link starting with http:// to the post or page in question.

  3. sorry that was the wrong link! I have another blog:

    http://depthofme.wordpress.com

Home page - you will notice at the bottom it says "continue reading" I want to remove this and put the entire content there!

  4. The theme is NOT designed to display full posts.
    theme description http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fresh-and-clean/
    live demo site http://freshandcleandemo.wordpress.com/

On a theme like Fresh and Clean that has an active excerpt box below the post editor, you can control the length of the excerpt displayed. Below is the workaround you can use to override excerpt display on the front page. Note: This will have to be done on every post.

When creating a post or page on your WordPress.com blog, you have two editing modes available to you: Visual Editor and Text Editor (HTML).

You compose your whole post first in the Visual editor and before you publish it you switch to the HTML (Text) editor, copy all the code you find there, paste it into the Excerpt box, and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/#creating-excerpts

  5. Thanks! I have figured out how to make my posts longer.. but I was really hoping to get rid of the "Continue Reading" link. Oh well
