remove date in the url

is there any setting that can make the date in my post url gone?
examle:
i want to my post url to be like this..
http://hotblend.wordpress.com/photoshop/this-is-my-first-post/
instead of
http://hotblend.wordpress.com/2010/01/05/this-is-my-first-post/
do i should use self-hosted version?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change the URL of your post or page, e.g.
If the title is “This is a title”
the URL is
blogname.wordpress.com/YYYY/MM/DD/this-is-a-title/ (post)
or
blogname.wordpress.com/this-is-a-title/ (page)but you can change the URL to
blogname.wordpress.com/YYYY/MM/DD/this-is-a-changed-title/
or
blogname.wordpress.com/this-is-a-changed-title/
while keeping “This is a title” as the title. -
