Remove defunct site from stats list

  1. How do I remove a blog from my stats dropdown? I have stats from a hosted site with Jetpack that no longer exists but it's still showing up in my stats drop down list.

The blog I need help with is savingnetwork.org.

  2. The blog you specified at savingnetwork.org does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you'll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

If you don't understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It'll help people to answer your question.

    This is an automated message.

  3. What is the URL of the site you want WordPress.com Staff to remove?

  4. I find your support bot response rather condescending.

I am aware of these facts. The wordpress.org site is showing up on my wordpress.com stats list.

Also your bot response leaves me in the dark now whether I am going to get help or not.

  5. That would be one I mention in my original post,
    savingnetwork.org
listed in the stats dropdown as
    The Saving Network (Jetpack)

  6. Thanks for expanding. This thread id tagged for Staff attention. If your subscribe to it you will be notified when they respond.

P.S. I'm grateful that the bot exists as up to 30% of those who post here are actually WordPress.org bloggers who are posting to the wrong support forum.

  7. The linked blog has been removed as requested. Sorry for the inconvenience.
