It says lindaboroski at the top of my blog, but that is my name and I want my blog to be anonymous. Can you remove the lindaboroski from my site?

That's your URL. You can change the name under Settings->General, and you can register whatever URL you want instead, either just by starting another WordPress.com blog and setting that one to Private or you can buy the Custom Domain upgrade.
