On my test blog I have deleted the secondary menu in Enterprise theme; however, the menu still shows up. What am I missing? Is it possible to eliminate the second row of menu from this theme?

The lower row are categories. You would need the CSS upgrade and CSS editing experience to remove them.
Actually I'm wrong there.
Make a new menu with nothing in it and assign it to the secondary position.
That actually just removes the categories, the gray bar still stays. I was looking to remove the bar altogether, but thanks anyways for your help.
To remove the grey bar takes the CSS upgrade and some CSS editing experience.
