How do I delete / remove tag surfer from my page?
I do not want it, do not need it, do not like it.
I find this thing to be annoying and having to delete each item when it is created is tedious and wasteful.
The blog I need help with is ariapictures.wordpress.com.
You cannot delete the "Tag Surfer". The best you can do is to ignore it.
Also note that if you do not enter any "tags" into it there will be nothing displayed. Delete the tags you entered into the Tag Surfer - problem solved.

I agree. I made the sully mistake of entering SEO into the ding dong thing. I found myself reading "junk" recommending wordpress.COM blogger access their meta data - DUH! We can't.
More to the point, Matt Cutts of Google has confirmed over and over that Google has not used metadata for ages as it too easily manipulated by unscrupulous web masters, and that Google does not use it now.
Guess what the bloggers calling themselves SEO experts were recommending? lol :D
