remove the Follow Blog Widget

    If I remove the Follow Blog Widget, can I add it back without losing my subscribers/followers?

    I only ask because the settings on the Follow Blog are incorrect and we cannot resolve the problem.

    The blog I need help with is blog.richdadeducation.com.

  2. All widget data is cached and takes time to update. If you remove the follow blog widget then it will take time to update. Which settings are wrong? Have you opened the widgets and corrected them?

    When you follow the blog as a non-wp user, it says to follow along on our twitter handles and it lists two. we cannot get the follow widget to remove one of the twitter handles. we have removed that individual as a contributor, that twitter handle is not linked through publicize, we cannot find any place that twitter handle has been connected to this blog.

    as this is a blog that we use for business, this is a very time sensitive matter.

  4. Have you tried reconnecting Twitter as described here?

    This is a peer support forum and Staff who provide support for 38 million deal with threads, support tickets and email that have the earliest date and time stamps first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue or bump threads or create duplicate threads the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

  5. P.S. You can remove any widget here > Appearance > Widgets
    click to open the widget and click "delete".

    I did look at those tips but it doesn't apply to my situation. I want to remove that Twitter account - not reconnect it to my blog.
