Remove the space under the navigation menu

  1. I have the mystique theme and want to remove the the space under the menu so the content is right up to it.

    I used the following CSS:

    #access {
    list-style-type: none;
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    padding: 0;
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 99;
    }

    It managed to bump it up and have no space but there is a shadow under the menu which gives it an odd 3d effect and i don't want that. Is there an easier way to do this in CSS? And also how to add little icons for social networks to the left of the content page. How to do that in CSS?

    Thanks!!

    The blog I need help with is heyheyheyyou.wordpress.com.
