   How do I take my blog down off the web or at the very least hide it from view? It is now harming the very school it was designed to protect.

   The blog I need help with is wccparents.wordpress.com.

   Try

   Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose

   Remember to save changes (at bottom of the page)

   A google search still brings it up though. How do I change that? Is there a way to keep it from coming up in a google search?

   You need to deal with Google on the cached copies - remember that Google is only one of many many search engines

   Try:

   Getting Google to clear cached copies
