Removing Space Between Header and Content
-
Hi everyone! I’m working with a friend’s blog (http://www.chasing26point2.com/) and trying to remove the white space that’s between the header and actual content. I’ve tried a variety of answers that I’ve found here in this thread, but none of them have removed the space. Any ideas?

I checked http://www.chasing26point2.com/ and I found that site is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.
I’ll help you with the spacing issue and then direct you to the correct place to ask for support in the future.
To reduce the height of the header image area, try adding this to your custom CSS:
.site-header .home-link { min-height: 134px; }
It looks like your site is using the Yellow Smoke theme which you might have purchased from Creative Market at https://creativemarket.com/LightMorango/53253-Responsive-WP-Theme-Yellow-Smoke
The best place to look for support for a theme if you have a WordPress.org setup is first with the theme author. If you purchased the theme, most purchased themes come with support and you can check with the provider. If you downloaded the theme for free, you can try asking the theme author to see if they are able to help. And you can always ask for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums at http://wordpress.org/support/
