   We renewed our domain last week and received confirmation from PayPal. But now the domain has expired anyway. What's up with that? (And what's up with 10 days of no user support?)

   The blog I need help with is praguewanderer.wordpress.com.

   Did you renew the domain or renew the domain mapping with wordpress.com? Or both?

   Please try to buy the domain now. (that means right now, as you read this).

   Send all your Paypal transaction details to Support. I see no 2009 activity yet.

   Thanks, Mark. How do I send my details "to support"? Is there an email address? a page? The "contact support" says you're still unavailable.
