   Can the comment be reordered? My readers complained about the "threaded" style being confusing, because an answer is sometimes shown miles away from the original comment.

   Can the comments be arranged simply one after another? and can they receive numbers, so we can refer to them easier? (for instance: @114, instead of @John Wayne).

   You can change that setting on Settings->Discussion.
