I like the theme format that I'm using. However, I want to replace the default image header with a personal picture. How do I do that?

This isn't a CSS editing issue. Twenty Ten has a custom image header feature as do many themes here. Create a header offline that's 940 x 198 pixels and follow this guide to upload it here > Appearance > Header
